Structural Principle
The device includes a water meter verification platform, an automatic identification control system, a standard container, fully automatic verification software, a computer, a printer, etc.
A camera is installed above each tested water meter, and its output video signal is directly input to the image acquisition card of the high-speed computer, and the computer software completes the processing of the image of the water meter plate and identifies the flow rate of the verified water meter.
The control box completes the data collection of standard containers and controls the opening and closing of multiple solenoid valves. During the verification period, the actual water volume is monitored in real-time, and the standard water level is measured after the water is automatically stopped, and the data is sent to the computer.
After the computer collects the image of the water meter dial, it uses image technology to identify the readings of each tested water meter and combines the data measured by the control box on the standard container to generate a water meter verification report through calculation, thereby realizing the automation of the entire process of water meter verification.
