The made stainless steel fixing plate has very good coaxiality, the front, and rear straight pipe sections are made of POM material with a very small thermal expansion and contraction coefficient, and the slider is processed by a CNC machining center at one time. The pneumatic clamp meter is also installed on the optical axis, and the external cylinder piston is used for clamping to avoid the possibility of air leakage. All moving parts are installed on the optical axis to ensure coaxiality.
