Water Meter Calibration Test Bench High Quality
The water meter calibration test bench is designed to meet the requirements of liquid flow meter verification, calibration, factory inspection, and the development trend of new flow meter production. The volume flow of the meter in a certain time interval is compared. The volume of fluid discharged by the piston is obtained by multiplying the cross-sectional area of the piston cylinder and the displacement of the piston.
The piston-type automatic water meter calibration and verification device use a servo motor to drive the piston of the hydraulic cylinder to push the water to flow through the measuring pipe of the meter bench holding the ultrasonic meter to be tested at a precise instantaneous flow rate, and the theoretical flow value is compared with the meter. Compare the actual flow value read by the meter to determine whether the ultrasonic meter is qualified, and use infrared communication to modify the coefficient of the ultrasonic meter as needed to calibrate the ultrasonic meter.
