Fully Automatic Water Meter Test Bench

Our fully automated test bench tests volumetric water meters (DN 25-200 as well as DN 15-50) for maximum pressure and temperature. The PC software communicates with a special processor unit via a serial RS 232 or LAN connection to drive the test process. A processor located in the distribution box reads sensor data and controls valves, pumps, shunts, pulse waveform standard meters and test meters.
