The device includes a water meter verification platform, an automatic identification control system, verification software, a computer, a printer, and the like. A camera is installed above each tested water meter, and its output video signal is directly input to the image acquisition card of the high-speed computer, and the computer software completes the processing of the image of the water meter plate and identifies the flow rate of the verified water meter. The control box completes the collection of water level signals of 10L/100L and other standard containers, and controls the opening and closing of multiple pneumatic ball valves. During the verification period, two water level signals are monitored in real time, and the water level is measured after the water is stopped, and the data is sent to the computer. After the computer collects the image of the water meter dial, it uses the image technology to identify the flow rate of each tested water meter, and combines the data obtained by the control box with the standard container to calculate and finally generate a water meter verification report, thereby realizing the automation of the whole process of water meter verification.
