The SHA25-P-1 model is equipped with a piston and an electronic scale as its main standard. It has a flow range of 0.002-8 m³/h and is powered by a Grundfos water pump with a maximum working pressure of 16 bar. The length of the table to be inspected can be customized, with a minimum of DN15 (165mm), DN20 (195mm), or DN25 (225mm). The piston has a volume of 22L with a resolution of 0.036ml, and a Panasonic servo drives with a pressure rating of PN16. The electronic scale is from Mettler Toledo and has a capacity of 120 kg, with a model number of 6000E. The weighing container has a capacity of 120L. The electromagnetic flowmeter is from Yokogawa (model AXG) with connections of 1+DN2.5+1*DN25. The commutator is DN25 and there are PT100 temperature sensors installed at both the inlet and outlet with an accuracy class of A. The pressure sensors are also installed at both inlet and outlet with an accuracy of 0.5%. The test method used is the start-stop method or the commutator method. The signal interface is standard with options for a pulse, MBUS, RS485, image acquisition, and a laser sensor. The equipment requires 380V, 50Hz, 3 Phase 5Wire power with a peak power of 10KW, and additional pure water, and 6bar air pressure.
