1. Fully automatic reading: The equipment can realize automatic reading of the water meter, which greatly improves test efficiency and test accuracy (avoiding manual misreading).
2. The equipment has the verification function of weighing method and standard meter method: the equipment is equipped with weighing instruments and standard flow meters, and users can freely choose the verification method according to their own needs.
3. The equipment can automatically complete the meter verification of each flow point in sequence: before the equipment is running, the operator can select the flow point, flow rate, and flow rate of the test through the set plan. After the setting is completed, the software can be operated with one button, and the operation status can be monitored independently, which can save manpower and ensure product testing efficiency.
4. Over-liquid level alarm: add a liquid level alarm system, which can realize: (1) alarm function when the liquid level of the water tank is too low or too high, which can avoid inaccurate meter verification or overflow of the water tank; (2) measure the liquid level of the container The alarm function when the temperature is too high can prevent the weighing container from overflowing.

System water flow pressure: 0.3MPa~0.8MPa, the pressure can be adjusted by computer or manually; the flow fluctuation coefficient is less than 0.2%.
5. General technical requirements of the system
(1) Material
A. All parts have a certain strength and durability, and all the various immersion parts such as pipes, pressure tanks, elbows, flanges, and blind plates are made of 304 stainless steel.
B. Various valves (pneumatic ball valves, manual ball valves, electric regulating valves, etc.) are imported with original packaging, and the material of each component is required to be stainless steel or copper.
(2) Medium conditions
The medium is clean water, the equipment has an air elimination device, and a filter is installed at the inlet end of the equipment pipe section to prevent large particles of impurities from entering the meter under test. It is recommended to replace the water every half a year.
(3) Anti-jamming system of equipment
Anti-interference system design includes power supply design, system grounding design, installation, and wiring of control devices strictly abiding by the principles of safety, reliability, and rationality. In order to improve the reliability of the system, the on-site terminal, controller, DC-regulated power supply, and other parts are relatively independent and easy to maintain. Signal lines, power lines, and other wiring requirements meet the relevant electrical requirements, and the frequency converter is required to be powered by an isolation transformer to reduce the "noise" of the power supply, and at the same time, the system is well grounded.
