The weighing method has the highest precision, but it involves many parameters and high costs, so it also has limitations.
The first step is to clamp the meter under test on the corresponding pipeline with a meter clamp.
The second step is to start the corresponding water pump, slowly open the valves of the pipeline, and adjust the water flow with the regulating valve to make the flow stable at the flow point of this test. At this time, the commutator and the bottom valve of the working volume are in the emptying state.
The third step is to set the verification parameters on the verification interface, jog the commutator to switch the direction of the liquid flow to the detection position, the liquid flows into the working container, and when the set verification time is reached, the commutator automatically reverses, and the liquid in the working container After the liquid flow is stable, the computer automatically records the verification data, and opens the drain valve to empty the liquid in the container.
Step 4: After the liquid in the container is emptied and trickled for one minute, the drain valve will automatically close, and the commutator will automatically change direction. The second verification of this detection point will start. Until the end of the test at this point.
