How much do you Know About Wireless Remote Ultrasonic Water Meter LoRa?
1. Product Overview
The wireless remote ultrasonic water meter (LoRa) is an intelligent meter composed of a flow sensor, a calculator, and a wireless LoRa transmission module. By processing the temperature difference collected by the sensor and the time difference of the sound wave passing through the fluid, the calculator can accurately measure the flow and can transmit the data wirelessly through the LoRa module.
Mainly used to measure and monitor the flow of water media, such as domestic water, central air-conditioning system water, equipment pipe network water, etc.

Instructions for use |
It uses a free public wireless frequency band, and the lora concentrator is required. (The repeater is optional depending on the on-site environment) |
Note: |
★The lora frequency can be customized according to actual requirements ★The frequency of uploading data is not more than once a day, otherwise it will affect the service life of the battery; ★If the water meter is immersed in water, it will greatly weaken the ability of wireless transmission; ★The management party needs to regularly record and verify the readings of the body part of the water meter. |

6. Installation Requirements
All parts of the flowmeter (including flow sensor parts and calculator parts) should be installed to avoid exposure, flooding, freezing, and chemical and electromagnetic pollution, and to facilitate disassembly and meter reading.
(1) The system pipeline should be thoroughly cleaned before installation, and the hemp, sand, and other debris in the branch pipe should be removed to avoid flowmeter failure;
(2) The meter body is installed horizontally or vertically, and the distance between the meter and the ground should be less than 0.8m when installed;
(3) The direction of water flow should be consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow on the meter body;
(4) The diameter of the front and rear pipes should be consistent with the diameter of the surface body;
(5) A straight pipe section of 10 times the DN should be left in front of the meter body and 8 times the DN behind the meter (DN is the nominal diameter of the flowmeter).
7. Routine Maintenance
1. After the ultrasonic water meter is installed and used, it should be inspected on a regular basis to check the operation status of the flow meter and whether the battery voltage is normal;
2. When the ultrasonic water meter has been running for 6 years or less than 6 years but the display shows unclear data or indicates low battery (see display instructions)), the battery should be replaced by a professional technician so as not to affect the normal operation of the water meter.
Note: 1. The battery of the ultrasonic water meter should be replaced by a special person, and the user is not allowed to replace it by himself. In case of undervoltage, please contact the manufacturer directly;
2. The frequency of meter reading should not exceed 1 time per day. Too frequent meter readings will affect the service life of the battery.
