The automatic water meter verification device is suitable for verification and verification of mechanical water meters with calibers of DN15, DN20, and DN25.
1. This water meter verification device can perform flow verification on various water meters (common type, electronic type and other methods). Routine verification, rapid initial inspection and type verification of water meters;

3. The device is composed of a flow verification system, an automatic data collection and processing system, an electrical control system, a water meter pressure test device, and a water meter pressure loss test device;
4. The flow verification system is composed of a working water tank, a circulating water pump, a pressure stabilizing tank, a test pipeline system, a flow meter, a flow valve, a temperature measuring system, and an electronic scale. The main components are all made of 304 stainless steel;
5. The automatic data collection and processing system is mainly composed of the upper computer system and the unit control module;
6. The electrical control system is mainly composed of the standard electric control cabinet, switching power supply, AC contactor, transformer, and air switch;
7. The pressure test device is mainly composed of a booster cylinder, a pressure gauge, and a silent air pump.
Device function
1. The device can complete the verification of any number of water meters from one to eight on the same test bench, with strong flexibility.
2. The device is designed with two optional verification methods, one is to directly read the readings of the water meter dial to obtain the verification result of the water consumption display, and the other is to count the number of turns of the pointer on the minimum flow dials to obtain the verification result of the water consumption display. The selected method effectively solves the situation that the water meter pointer is blocked and cannot recognize the reading. The strong applicability is the outstanding advantage of this device.
3. The water meter reading resolution of this device is 0.0027 liters, and the manual reading resolution is 0.01-0.033 liters. High accuracy is also an obvious advantage of this device.
4. The device is easy to operate. After the water meter is installed on the verification platform, input the verification information in the computer, press the "Start Verification" button to automatically complete the verification process, and automatically calculate the error to form a printed report.
5. The device is equipped with a wireless barcode scanner, and the gas meter number can be directly uploaded to the host computer through the scanner or keyboard input and saved.

Installation and Commissioning
During the installation and commissioning stage of the equipment, Ningbo Dongfang will send specialized technicians to carry out the installation and commissioning and provide all the technical drawings and documents required by the equipment. Warranty Service
1. The warranty period of the factory equipment is 12 months. Time from the commissioning end date. For quality problems that occur during the warranty period, from the date the buyer notifies the supplier, he will arrive at the site within 5 days and repair them free of charge.
2. If the factory equipment is damaged due to improper use by the user during the warranty period, the cost and travel expenses of the other parts will be charged, and the time is 5 days to arrive at the site.
